Until the sun starts shining again on the global car market Ford are following suit in making dramatic cut backs to ensure the survial of the company in the world recession. Ford may produce some of the most popular cars on the road but even they are feeling the pinch from the sloopy sales figures. Production time has been cut by a third at the company's Spanish and German car plants and many workers have been reduced down to a 4 day working week.
